CANCELLATION POLICY

Parvati Kuteer believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy

• A 50 % refund will be made for cancellations received 15 days before date of arrival, No refund thereafter.
• In an event of No show, Total cost of the stay will be non-refundable.
• The Resort shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time

REFUND POLICY

*Only eligible for booking made from our website or made directly. To request a refund, please contact us with your Reservation details within 30 days to be eligible for a 100 %Refund, within 29-15 days for 50% refund before the check-in date. Refunds are not being provided for bookings canceled within 14 days of the check in date. Please include your Reservation number (sent to you via email ) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our services. Refunds will be processed within 21 days from the date of cancellation.

REFUND TIME

Refund time frame for reversal of refunded amounts to customer accounts would be within 14 Days of such request received.
